AN uninsured driver had their car seized after it was also found to have a bald front tyre.
The driver of a white Fiat 500 has been reported to court after they were stopped by police officers in Otley Road yesterday.
When asked to by officers, the driver was also unable to provide any proof of insurance at the roadside.
