A MAN has been fined after appearing in court over driving offences.
Hassan Mohammed, 30, of Parkside Grove, Bradford, faced two charges - using a motor vehicle on a road/public place without third-party insurance and driving a motor vehicle otherwise than in accordance with a licence.
Both offences were committed at Listers Mill, Manningham, on March 19, 2022.
For the first charge, Mohammed was handed eight driving licence points, fined £120 and ordered to pay £110 costs and a £34 victim surcharge for the offence. A collection order was made by the court.
There was no separate penalty for the second charge.
Mohammed pleaded guilty to both charges and was sentenced at Bradford and Keighley Magistrates’ Court on January 18.
