A MAN has been fined after he was caught speeding on a major Bradford road.
Tausif Hameed, 38, of Broadway Close, Bradford, faced one charge of exceeding a 30mph speed limit.
He was caught by manned equipment driving at 47mph in a 30mph zone of Toller Lane, Bradford, between Lilycroft Road and Ashwell Road.
Hameed was handed six driving licence points, fined £660, ordered to pay a £264 victim surcharge plus £90 costs for the offence. A collection order was made by the court at the sentencing hearing.
The case against Hameed was proved at a single justice hearing held at Bradford and Keighley Magistrates’ Court on January 12, 2023.
