A MAN in 80s suffered smoke inhalation in a fire at a house in the Wkye area of Bradford last night (Thursday).
The West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service were called at 6.39pm yesterday to the house fire on Perseverance Street, Wyke.
A spokesperson for the fire service said: "We received a report of a house on fire. On arrival, a request was made by fire crews for the ambulance to attend due to a male occupier in his 80s with smoke inhalation.
"Fire crews used one large jet, one hose reel and two breathing apparatus."
Odsal, Cleckheaton and Bradford fire station along with a fire investigation team attended the incident.
