An immersive yoga class is set to take place under the historic arches of Bradford Cathedral.

The Dopamine Project is bringing ‘Glow Yoga’ to the cathedral – a practice which combines meditative music and light therapy with yoga.

The session invites people to wear wireless headphones and reconnect on the mat to a carefully curated soundtrack.

The meditative experience will illuminate the cathedral as people enjoy an instructor-led vinyasa flow.

The class is suitable for first time yogis or regulars looking for a unique experience.

The Dopamine Project says the class works by “combining music, movement and light to uplift and promote positive mental health and wellbeing”.

The website reads: “Our state-of-the-art wireless headphones deliver an undisrupted wellness journey allowing you to disconnect from the world and reconnect with yourself.

“Combining music, movement and light to uplift and promote positive mental health and wellbeing.”

Glow Yoga will take place at the cathedral from 6pm on Wednesday, January 11, 2023.

Ticket prices start at £19.97 and can be bought via eventbrite.co.uk and thedopamineproject.co.uk
