SANTA Claus created some Christmas magic for children at a Bradford school.
Santa and his sleigh visited Trinity All Saint’s Primary School on Church Street in Bingley last Friday, December 16.
Santa arrived in style with his sleigh being pulled by a classic car.
He visited the children in a specially-designed grotto before they came outside to see him in his sleigh.
Santa's chief elf for the day, Lynn Armstrong, assistant headteacher at All Saints, said: "We had a very busy day.
"Santa and his sleigh arrived in Triumph Spitfire, an open-top car, which was provided by Bingley Rotary Club.
"Baildon, Shipley and Saltaire Men's Shed were involved in helping Santa with his sleigh.
"The PTFA made Santa's grotto look like Narnia.
"Santa created some wonderful memories for the children before Christmas.
"The children were very excited to visit Santa in his grotto and share some special time with him in his sleigh.
"It's set Christmas up nicely for them and created a bit of specialness for the holiday season."
Susan Fricker, who will be a candidate for Bingley in the next Bradford Council elections, said: "It's been really magical. It's been a big community effort around this wonderful school.
