A 36-YEAR-OLD man arrested in connection with an attempted abduction in the Eccleshill area of Bradford has been released on bail.

The incident is reported to have happened between 5.10pm and 5.20pm on Sunday, November 27, when a woman was walking with her children on Acre Crescent, Eccleshill.

A man reportedly attempted to take a child out of a pram but was unsuccessful.

A spokesperson for West Yorkshire Police said today: "A 36-year-old who was arrested has been bailed pending further enquiries.

"Enquiries remain ongoing by Bradford CID."
