THIS is the exciting moment King Charles III arrived by helicopter in Bradford.

King Charles touched down in a helicopter on a field at Bradford Grammar School on Tuesday morning ahead of his visits to Morrisons' headquarters in Thornbury and City Hall in Bradford city centre.

Here is the moment the King landed at Bradford Grammar:

Bradford Grammar's headteacher said the opportunity for the school's students to meet the King "will be a day they will never forget".

Dr Simon Hinchliffe, headmaster at Bradford Grammar School, said: “We were delighted His Majesty The King chose to land the Royal helicopter on our school field ahead of his visit to Bradford, as other members of his family have done before him.

“He very generously spent time meeting and greeting our excited young students. Today will be a day they will never forget.”
