POLICE have dealt with two loose horses and a stolen dog.
West Yorkshire Police's Wildlife & Rural Crime Team regularly posts updates on its Facebook page about the crimes and incidents it has dealt with and also publishes appeals.
In the last 24 hours, the unit received reports of two loose horses and went to the scene to solve the situation.
Officers also had a call about a stolen dog in the Armley area.
The animal was recovered shortly later by the owner.
The team also dealt with four dog-related incidents - bites, dangerous and loose - as well as one incident described as "other".
