A 31-year-old man has been arrested and bailed in relation to an investigation into a series of criminal damage incidents in Bradford.
He has been bailed pending further enquiries.
Police are no longer seeking Hamid Shah.
It follows the arrest of two other men, aged 28 and 21, which were made last month.
Enquiries are ongoing by Bradford CID into the incidents.
