STAFF at a popular Bradford restaurant played tribute to their owner by dressing up as him for Halloween.

Aldo DeVittoris' eatery Aldo's Italian on Harrogate Road in Greengates is well-loved by most in the city.

With their owner enjoying a deserved holiday, the restaurant's employees decided to turn up to work as his lookalike.

This included a stylish waistcoat, unbuttoned shirt and grey beard.

A Facebook post read: "Aldo might be on holiday…. But he’s certainly here in spirit!

"A big ‘Thank You’ to our fabulous team for making an enormous effort with dressing as Aldo for Halloween.

"And trust me there is nothing scarier than seeing Aldo everywhere you go.

"Happy Halloween to all our wonderful customers.

"We hope you have fun with us today!"

One of the staff members in the picture is Anton Vinokurenko, a 16-year-old refugee who Aldo kindly gave a job to earlier this year.
