POLICE found a cannabis farm after being called to a disturbance at a house.

West Yorkshire Police was called to a property on Northside Terrace, in the Lidget Green area of Bradford at 10.24pm last night.

Officers went to the scene and discovered a cannabis farm.

A witness told the T&A there were around half a dozen police cars at the scene.

The force has a cordon in place while the investigation continues.

The Telegraph & Argus visited the site this morning and saw a police car right outside the premises and also a Crime Scene Investigation van.

Two officers were seen going to and from the vehicle, as well as entering the house.

One of the officers - a male - entered the property with a flashlight, before positioning the door back in place.

A light could be seen through the window at various points, as the officer used the flashlight.

Later, a woman arrived in a white van and left the house with a terrapin turtle in a plastic tub filled with murky water.
