PLANS for “an unrivalled exercise facility” in a Bradford leisure complex have been revealed.
A planning application to turn an empty unit at Beckside Mills, off Beckside Lane, into a new gym has been submitted to Bradford Council.
It says the new gym could have 800 members within three years, as well as bringing jobs to the area.
Submitted by personal trainer Robert Leonard Stoves, the plans will see the unit between Teamsport Go Karting and Insane Air trampoline centre turned into Muscle Bound Gym.
It estimates the gym would start with 10 personal trainers as well as part time and full time gym staff.

The application says: “The gym will provide an unrivalled exercise facility in Bradford.”
It goes on to say that it will include rare gym equipment that will “attract gym enthusiasts from around the country to travel down to train here, bringing business to Bradford.”
If approved, the business would sub let space to a charity offering cold water therapy.
A decision on the application is expected in December.
