Chris Roberts, of Bradford & Bingley Weatherline, brings us the first of his regular weekend weather forecasts.
Saturday
The day will be mainly dry with light to moderate breezes and sunny spells at times. Temperatures from 12 to 15C in a moderate SW breeze, veering to the south-east in the evening and becoming lighter. A largely cloudy night will follow with the potential for a shower increasing. Lows of 8C by dawn.
Sunday
A bright start to the day, but cloud will build and thicken bringing showers, some heavy into the afternoon and evening. There is a slight chance that these showers may be thundery in nature. Temperatures from 11 to 15C in a moderate SE breeze, but becoming light southerly later into the evening, with more rain showers expected.
Into next week
A mild and mainly unsettled week to come with brief drier interludes between weather fronts. Further details available in the Facebook Group daily and on the weekly forecast on Sunday.
