A BRADFORD restaurant has pledged to keep its existing site open as it launches a second location in the city.

International is set to open a second restaurant on Sticker Lane as it takes over the site from the Three Singhs.

But International confirmed in a Facebook post that it would continue to run its existing restaurant on Mannville Terrace, Morley Street.

International said in a Facebook post: “International is proud to announce the opening of our second branch right here in Bradford. Located on Sticker Lane taking over the 3 Singhs establishment.

“This will be known as our flagship premises seating 300 people with ample car parking and truly amazing food.

“As it stands our Morley Street branch (BD7 1BA) will remain open, we aim to upkeep both locations in order for them to reach their full potential.

“We thank you for your custom over the years and hope you join us on our journey with our new venture.”

The International, the family-run eatery was first established in 1976, when Indian cuisine was a new feature to the British Isles. It reopened on Morley Street after a refurbishment in 2019.

The International won the best dish and shared the lifetime achievement prize at the Bradford Curry Awards in July this year.
