A MARKET featuring food, drink, fabric and jewellery will be held in Bradford next weekend as the district continues to celebrate Black History Month.
The AfriKan Market will be held at MAPA in West Bowling on Saturday, 29 October.
A number of organisations will have stalls at the market, including jewellery specialists Blue Nile Pyramids and Baby Afrika, which produces African-inspired baby clothes.
Handmade Homeware, a bespoke business specialising in soft furnishings made with African fabrics, will also be there, as will Punch 2 Di 4 – which will offer homemade Jamaican rum and fruit punch.
Focus Lane Book Company will also have a stall, as will Soakin, which makes vegan and natural body cleansers, scrubs and soaps.
The market will run from 12pm to 5pm and all are welcome.
