A MAN has been arrested following a disturbance near a play park in Bradford has been released on bail.
The incident took place on Farfield Avenue, Buttershaw, Bradford, near Farfield Recreation Ground, where there is a children's park at around 5.45pm on October 13.
A local resident said they saw a fight break out between four to six men who had appeared from two different cars.
They claimed weapons were being used - one of which was reported to be a knife - and said children were playing in the park at the time.
A group of men drove away in two vehicles - a red Audi and a Ford 4x4.
Police managed to stop the driver of the red Audi and he was arrested on suspicion of affray.
The man, 31, has been released on bail, a West Yorkshire Police spokesman today confirmed.
Officers found the Ford 4x4 abandoned nearby.
Both that and the Audi were seized.
