A GUEST at a Bradford hotel says he witnessed police with riot shields as they ushered an arrested man out of the door.
The Midland Hotel, Cheapside, was at the centre of a huge police presence after two men locked themselves in a room and refused to leave.
Both have been arrested on suspicion of a public order offence.

One guest said crowds cheered police officers once they had one of the men in cuffs.
He said: "I saw police cars and I saw them bringing the guy downstairs.
"There were a lot of police officers with riot shields.
"We cheered when they brought him down as we were waiting to get to our rooms."
A group of ladies here for the weekend were shocked upon their arrival to the hotel.
They said: "We were greeted by nine police cars.
"We had been told about what was going on.
"It was handled fine, the police kept us all to one side."
One onlooker added: "I just saw a lot of police.
"Around here, there's always something going on.
"It's not good, it's scary."
