POLICE have found a stolen B&Q lorry trailer.

Officers from West Yorkshire Police's Batley and Spen Neighbourhood Policing Team (NPT) were on patrol in the Batley area yesterday.

They discovered a large orange wagon trailer parked up on a street.

It was branded on the side with the B&Q logo, which was accompanied by the website, "diy.com" and the company's famous slogan, "you can do it".

Checks by police showed the lorry trailer had been stolen and so officers recovered it.

B&Q is a DIY and home improvement company, with stores in the Euroway Industrial Estate and off Leeds Old Road.
