A WOMAN arrested on suspicion of affray following a series of targeted incidents in Bradford earlier this week has been released without charge.

The series of targeted incidents in the Bradford East area of the city took place overnight on Sunday evening and the early hours of Monday morning.

Detectives from West Yorkshire Police have connected the crimes – including arson and assault.

A woman initially arrested on suspicion of affray has now been released without charge. 

A number of police scenes were in place as officers work to establish what happened.

A spokesperson believed the targeted incidents are linked to a large fire on Buck Street in the BD3 area of the city.

It attracted a major emergency response from over 10 different fire stations across Bradford, Kirklees and Leeds.
