POLICE are appealing for witnesses after a cyclist suffered serious injuries in a crash in Huddersfield town centre.
The crash happened at about 4.45pm on Wednesday, September 21, when a silver Honda Jazz travelling along Albert Street away from the town centre was in collision with a cyclist at its junction with Bath Street.
The cyclist, a 35-year-old man, suffered serious injuries and remains in hospital.
Anyone who witnessed the collision, or what happened immediately prior to it is asked to contact the Roads Policing Unit on 101, or by using the 101LiveChat on the West Yorkshire Police website.
Anyone with dash cam or CCTV footage is also asked to get in touch.
