A MAN has appeared in court charged with assault at a Bradford retail park.
Luke Webster, 20, of no fixed address, was given a 12-month conditional discharge for two charges.
He was convicted of a common assault on a man at Bradford Forster Square Retail Park, Valley Road, Bradford, on July 10, 2022. He was ordered to pay a £26 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
Webster was also convicted for failing to surrender to police/court bail at the appointed time. This offence took place at Bradford, when he failed, without reasonable cause, to surrender to custody at Bradford & Keighley Magistrates’ Court, having been released on bail in criminal proceedings on July 12, 2022.
Webster pleaded guilty to both charges and was sentenced at Bradford & Keighley Magistrates’ Court on September 12, 2022.
