FIREFIGHTERS have had to rescue a man from a badly smashed car after a crash.
The collision has happened on Balm Road, in the Hunslet area of Leeds this afternoon.
A motorist who passed by at 1.27pm took footage of the crash, which involved two cars - a black Vauxhall Corsa and a red vehicle.
Two fire engines were at the scene and West Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service (WYFRS) car.
Several police officers were also there.
The Corsa was in the road facing forwards, with its front right side crumpled and the bonnet lifted up slightly.
Its number plate was also hanging off.
The red car was damaged the worst and was facing sideways in the road, with its front right door hanging off.
The passing motorist said the man inside was receiving oxygen and it looked as though fire crew were having to rescue him from the vehicle.
Police officers were having to manage traffic as the collision and response teams were blocking one side of the road.
