A WOMAN has been given a curfew for smearing poo on her neighbour's door.
Samantha Downton, 44, of Coxwold Walk in Allerton, Bradford pleaded guilty to two charges of criminal damage to property valued under £5,000 at Bradford and Keighley Magistrates' Court on August 25.
The 44-year-old first went round to another woman's house on her street on March 22 this year and wiped excrement on her door and door handle.
This caused £10 of damage to the door, according to court records.
Downton then went round to another neighbour's house four days later, on March 26, and damaged a door handle.
This required extensive cleaning to the value of £10, according to court records.
Downton also pleaded guilty to failing to surrender to police or court bail at the appointed time on August 12 and August 22.
She was handed a community order by the magistrates, which was a four-week curfew, monitored electronically.
The 44-year-old was not allowed out the house between 8pm and 8am between August 25 and September 22.
Downton was also ordered to pay £199.
This included a surcharge of £114 to fund victim services and £85 in costs.
Her guilty pleas were taken into account when sentencing.
