A BRADFORD man has been fined for obstructing police in the capital.
Herbert Kulsumu, 41, of Upper Rushton Road in Fagley was found guilty of obstructing or resisting a constable in their execution of duty at Croydon Magistrates' Court on September 7.
He had pleaded not guilty on May 6.
Kulsumu was in Acre Lane, in the Brixton area of London, on February 3 when he obstructed a police officer who was doing his job.
The 41-year-old was ordered to pay the court £254 in total.
This includes a £120 fine, a surcharge of £34 to fund victim services and £100 in costs.
He will pay this off in monthly instalments of £20 from September 21.
