LEEDS Bradford Airport has apologised to passengers after flights had to be diverted last night following an incident.
A number of travellers reportedly had their inbound flights diverted as far afield as Birmingham, with a taxi back to Leeds being provided.
The disruption came after a water leak in the terminal, a Leeds Bradford Airport spokesperson said.
Flights are now operating as normal.
A Leeds Bradford Airport spokesperson said: "We apologise to any passengers affected by the disruption that impacted operations at LBA last night.
"A water leak in the terminal temporarily impacted UK Border Force operations. This led to some inbound flights being diverted.
"A solution is now in place and flights are operating as normal.
"Passengers who were impacted are advised to contact their airline."
