A NEW store has opened at a Bradford shopping centre.
International sports retailer Lids has opened up a new store at The Broadway, which has created six new jobs.
The Broadway posted on its Facebook page: “The new Lids UK store is officially OPEN!
“It’s your go-to cap destination for sportswear, street fashion and custom gifts, Petergate Mall, The Broadway.”
Lids offers a huge range of official sports hats and merchandise, including brands like Nike, New Era, Adidas, and Mitchell & Ness. The brand is currently expanding rapidly with new store rollouts planned throughout Europe.
Britten Maughan, President of Lids, said: “Bradford is a young and vibrant city that is perfect for the 20th UK Lids store.
“We’re excited to bring a unique range of American sports and fashion products to The Broadway, including a huge assortment of branded hats and jerseys.
“We’re really looking forward to welcoming the local community.”
