A 33-year-old man who bared his buttocks and sat on the bonnet of a car, was conditionally discharged for 12 months by Bingley Court today.
Stephen Zaccardelli, of no fixed address, admitted conspiracy to outrage public decency.
Elizabeth Wright, prosecuting, said he alarmed and frightened the woman driver who was parked in the grounds of the Yorkshire Clinic at Cottingley on the morning of April 21.
She said it was an act which outraged public decency but was not indecent exposure.
Zaccardelli was arrested at the scene and had spent time in custody since the offence.
The court was told that his time spent in prison was more than was normally expected of someone who exposed his buttocks for about ten seconds.
