A pensioner was robbed of her handbag as she walked along a street.
Police are appealing for witnesses after a man grabbed the woman's bag and ran off in Sutton Avenue, Tyersal, at around 8.30pm on Sunday.
The suspect is described as a tall, thin man, aged about 30, with slightly frizzy, fair hair. He was wearing a grey, zip-up top and blue jeans.
