A FORMER West Yorkshire landlord has been jailed for child sex offences against two victims.
Malcolm Shipman, 64, of no fixed address, was sentenced for four counts of indecency with a child.
Shipman, who is a former manager of the Snooty Fox pub in Wakefield, appeared at Teesside Crown Court on Tuesday for sentencing after being found guilty at an earlier hearing.
The offences occurred in the 1980s and 90s.
He was sentenced to six years, and five months and ordered to sign on the sex offenders register.
Following the sentencing, the victims said: “It has been the most painful experience going through this trial and there is still a lot of healing to do, as hard as this has been he had to be held accountable for his own sick choices against vulnerable children."
