POLICE have released CCTV images of two people they are keen to trace in connection with a burglary at a house on Huddersfield Road, Ravensthorpe.

Officers were called at 2.56 in the early hours of yesterday morning (September 15).

The occupants were asleep when four males approach the property and attempt to force the door open. 

The suspects are unable to get into the property and make off along Tanhouse Street towards the Greenway.

Detective Constable Christopher Eglen of Huddersfield District Crime Team, said:

“We are appealing to anyone who saw or heard anything suspicious in the area yesterday morning to come forward.

"We have released these CCTV stills of people we are keen to speak too in connection with the incident.
