A MAN has appeared in court for drunk and disorderly behaviour in a Bradford street.
Darius Diglys, 47, of Emm Lane, Bradford, faced one count of drunk and disorderly in a public place.
He was found to be guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour, in a public place. The offence took place at Hall Lane, Bradford, on July 20, 2022. This offence was contrary to the Criminal Justice Act 1967.
Diglys was handed a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £85 costs to the Crown Prosecution Service and a £26 victim surcharge.
A collection order was made and an application was made for benefit deductions.
Diglys pleaded guilty to the charge and was sentenced at Bradford & Keighley Magistrates’ Court on September 6, 2022.
