A ROAD in Bradford is closed both ways due a “police incident” this afternoon.
Round Street in West Bowling is closed between Gaythorne Road and Spring Mill Street.
Traffic is reported to be coping well despite the closure, but First Bus has confirmed that some of its services are being diverted as a result.
The 671 bus towards West Bowling will divert via Manchester Road and Spring Mill Street towards Idle and Thorpe Edge, via Bowling Hall Road and Croft Street.
The exact nature of the incident is unclear at this stage, and West Yorkshire Police has been contacted for comment.
