A PLOT of green land with an electricity pylon in the centre of it will go to auction later this month.
The 3.38 acre site off Dealburn Road, between Wyke and Low Moor, is among the lots at a Pugh Property auction being held online on Sep-tember 20.
The green space lies between a large industrial industrial estate, a hous-ing estate and a rail line.
The listing informs potential bidders that a public footpath runs through the site.
There is a large electricity pylon on the land, and The National Grid pays £97.23 a year for use of the site.
The auction will have no reserve.
