TRIBUTES have paid to a Leeds dad whose body was found at his home on Thursday.

Police are now in a position to confirm the identity of the man, Marc Scarlet, 52, whose body was found in his home in Wykebeck Mount, Leeds.

Police have launched a murder investigation and a man has been arrested.

In a statement, Marc's family said: “Marc was a well-loved son and father and he will be sadly missed”.

Officers from the Homicide and Major Enquiry Team are continuing with their enquiries to establish the circumstances of what took place.

The 46-year-old man who was arrested yesterday in connection with the death has been bailed pending further enquiries.

A post-mortem examination has been carried out to establish the cause of death.
