POLICE have seized a motorbike that had been used anti-socially in a park.
West Yorkshire Police's Steerside Enforcement Team - the force's dedicated initiative for tackling anti-social and dangerous driving - posted on its Twitter page to share news of a recent job.
Officers from the unit had received reports of a motorbike being ridden round in an anti-social manner in Peel Park, Bradford, over the past week or so.
They managed to seize the red motorbike today.
This was done under Section 59 powers.
Section 59 warnings are handed to drivers if they are reported to have used their vehicle in a manner which causes "alarm, distress or annoyance".
If reported to have done so again within a year, the vehicle can be confiscated.
