A FARMERS’ market in the Bradford district is set to host its biggest monthly event yet.
Saltaire Farmers’ Market will stage its next monthly event at Caroline Street Social Club car park on Sunday, September 11, between 9am and 1pm. The market sells food and drink items from local independent businesses and will take place on the second Sunday of each month.
A total of 17 stalls will be selling their goods at the market, which will be held on the opening weekend of this year’s Saltaire Festival.
Businesses that will be selling their goods on the day will include Saltaire-based Miski Mex, which produces Mexican food. Other stallholders on the day include Holy Smokery who sell smoked meat and fish products.
Edward Street Bakery, based in Saltaire, will also be attending.
The market also features a stall run by a charity each month with previous charities including the Shipley-based Cellar Trust having featured.
We are thrilled that @hungry_sonia will be joining us on the 11th September.
