A MAN has been jailed for a spate of thefts from a Bradford shopping centre.
Michael Kalmar, 26, of no fixed address, was jailed for a total of 13 weeks for a number of theft from a shop charges.
He was committed to prison for six weeks for stealing 14 Fenty lipsticks, worth £280, from Boots, The Broadway, Bradford, on August 18, 2022. He was also ordered to pay £720 compensation.
Kalmar was committed to prison for six weeks, to run consecutively, for stealing two drones, worth a total of £50, from Menkind, Bradford, on August 21, 2022.
He was committed to prison for six weeks, to run concurrently, for stealing 10 Fenty lipsticks, worth £200, from Boots, The Broadway, Bradford, on June 23, 2022.
Kalmar was committed to prison for six weeks, to run concurrently, for stealing 12 Fenty lipsticks, worth £240, from Boots, The Broadway, Bradford, on June 28, 2022.
He was also jailed for seven days, to run consecutively, for failing to attend for/remain for duration of initial assessment following test for class A drug. This offence took place on June 23, 2022.
Kalmar pleaded guilty to the charges and was sentenced at Bradford & Keighley Magistrates’ Court on August 22, 2022.
