A NURSERY in Baildon has outgrown its original premises and has moved to a new location following its success and ranking in the top 20 nurseries in Yorkshire and the Humber.

Little Wellies Day Nursery has outgrown its little spot on Heaton Drive and is now moving to Newton Way in Baildon.

The new premises has three big rooms, one for each of the cohorts the nursery facilitates as well as a sensory room for children who have special educational needs.

Little Wellies boasts numerous extras, with football coaches, hairdressers and yoga instructors visiting the nursery regularly to help children.

The nursery accommodates for children, from the age of 3 months to five years old.

Linsi Tidswell, one of the owners of the nursery said: “We’ve done really well and outgrown our other space.

“We’re full and we’ve got a waiting list.

“We believe we’re a good nursery because we are family owned and run. It’s me, my husband, my brother, and my sister-in-law.

“We’re a lovely place and we have a lovely team of staff, who the children get on with. It’s a really cozy environment.”

Little Wellies take the children on walks out into the local community.

The move has resulted in the nursery accommodating more children as well as employing more staff and apprentices.

“We’re really excited to open our new nursery.”

It officially opened its doors on August 15 to all its new and old students.
