CREWS were called to a fire in a bedroom of a property in Bradford.
The fire, in a property in Edge End Gardens, started in the bedroom of the property at 5.50pm yesterday.
It was suspected that there were people still inside the property, but everyone inside had left the property before firefighters arrived.
One woman suffered smoke inhalation and was given oxygen therapy by fire service crews at the scene. She was then checked over by ambulance crews, but a West Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service spokesman said it unsure if hospital treatment was required.
Crews from Odsal, Bradford and Fairweather Green Fire Stations attended the incident.
Smoke detection was fitted and did actuate.
Crews used one hose reel, two breathing apparatus and a high powered fan to clear smoke from the property.
