A DRIVER who was overtaking cars while using balloons in Bradford will have his licence revoked.
He and the passenger were seen inhaling the gas by police on Laisteridge Lane.
The vehicle was followed as it was being driven at speed overtaking members of the public.
Officers stopped the grey Citroën and reported the driver for the offences they witnessed.
Police say he has had his licence for less than a year so it will be revoked.
A spokesperson from the force added: "While on routine patrols in the local area, NPT Team 2 officers sighted a vehicle driving along Laisteridge Lane, driver and passenger could both be seen using balloons.
"Vehicle seized under anti-social behaviour powers, the driver had a long walk home."
