A BRADFORD man had his licence taken off him after going more than double the speed limit in his BMW.
Mohammed Saeed, of Boynton Terrace, went 70mph in a 30mph zone in Oldham last year.
On October 27, he was driving a BMW VRM on a restricted road called Ashton Road, near Falcon Street, in Primrose Bank.
The 32-year-old was disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for six months due to repeat offending.
Saeed was fined £140 and has to pay £90 in court costs and a £34 victim surcharge.
He appeared at Manchester Magistrates' Court on August 8.
The crime was contrary to sections 81(1) and 89(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and Schedule 2 of the Road Traffic Offenders Act 1988.
