A BRADFORD district clothing company's website is currently down.
Thermal clothing and underwear business Damart, based in Bingley, say an "intrusion attempt" was made on their systems.
One woman told the Telegraph & Argus that it has been down for over a week now.
Damart added that order despatching will take a few days longer.
A message on their site reads: "We’re sorry, we are still experiencing some technical issues.
"Following the intrusion attempt into our systems last week, our teams are working hard behind the scenes to get everything back up and running as soon as possible.
"In the meantime, if you have any queries about recent orders or would like to place an order, our fantastic customer services team are still available on freephone
0800 917 5305.
"Order despatching will take a few days longer, we’d like to thank you for your patience while we resolve the issues.
"We’ll be back to normal very soon."
The Telegraph & Argus have approached Damart for a comment.
