A MAN has appeared in court charged with being drunk and disorderly on a Bradford district street.
Robert Scott, 48, of Park Road, Bingley, faced one charge.
In a public place, namely Main Street, Bingley, he was guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour. This offence was contrary to section 91(1) of the Criminal Justice Act 1967. It took place on July 10, 2022.
Scott was fined £323 and ordered to pay a £129 victim surcharge and to pay £85 costs to the Crown Prosecution Service. A collection order was made by the court at Scott’s sentencing hearing.
He pleaded guilty to the drunk and disorderly charge and was sentenced at Bradford & Magistrates’ Court on August 5, 2022.
