PEOPLE have another fortnight to have their say on how access to fresh and healthy food in Bradford can be improved.

Bradford Council’s District Good Food Strategy will run until August 31, and allows people to suggest where could be used to produce fresh fruit and veg, and identify any places where there is currently a shortfall in access.

So far people have suggested planting fruit trees on Reevy Road, for better use to be made of Redmire Allotments in Shipley and for a veg and herb garden to be built on land off Norwood Place in Shipley.

Other suggestions made include increasing the number of fruit and veg stalls at Keighley Market.
