POLICE are searching for a man who drove on the motorway while disqualified.
Lee Daglan, 44, of Cavendish Road in Thorpe Edge, Bradford was due to appear at Leeds Magistrates' Court last Friday to face two charges.
These were driving while disqualified and driving without third party insurance.
He pleaded not guilty on March 11 this year but was proved guilty during that case last week.
Daglan did not turn up though and the court have issued a warrant for his arrest without bail.
The 44-year-old drove a white Fiat 500 on the M62 eastbound carriageway, near junction 32 and Xscape, Castleford and Pontefract while disqualified, on July 30 last year.
It is also alleged that Daglan was driving the vehicle without any insurance.
