POLICE are on the hunt for a teenager who allegedly burgled a Tesco superstore.
Alfie Taylor, 19, of Whin Knoll Avenue in Keighley was due to appear at Skipton Magistrates' Court last Friday.
He faces a charge of burglary other than a dwelling with the intent to steal.
But Taylor did not turn up for the court case and now the magistrates have issued a warrant for his arrest without bail.
This is because the alleged offence is potentially punishable with imprisonment for anyone who has reached the age of 18.
Taylor is accused of entering the Tesco store in Craven Street, Skipton as a trespasser on March 11 this year, with the intent to steal from the premises.
The shop is right near Skipton Railway Station.
