A MAN has been banned after being caught driving without third party insurance.
Calum McCrory, 26, of Wibsey Park Avenue, Bradford, faced one charge of using a motor vehicle on a road/public place without third party insurance.
The offence took place on Huddersfield Road, Bradford, on March 31, 2022.
McCrory was disqualified from holding, or obtaining, a driving licence for six months. He was banned by the court due to persistent offending. He was also fined £120, ordered to pay £90 costs and a £34 victim surcharge for the offence. A collection order weas made by the court.
He was given no separate penalty for a charge of driving a motor vehicle otherwise than in accordance with a licence. This took pace at the same location on the same date as the other charge.
McCrory pleaded guilty to the charge and was sentenced at Bradford & Keighley Magistrates’ Court on July 29, 2022.
