A MAN has now been charged with outraging public decency after a video appearing to show two people having sex went viral.
The footage, taken in Concert Square in Liverpool city centre, was shared on social media.
Last week, Kelly Cousins, originally from Bradford, was charged with the same offence.
Joe Firby, 23, was arrested and taken into custody on Monday, August 8, by Northumbria Police, working on Merseyside Police's behalf, in the Gateshead area of the North East.
He will appear at Liverpool Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, September 20.
Cousins, now of Merton Street in Bootle, Liverpool, is also due to appear at the same court on the same date at 1.45pm.
The 35-year-old was bailed with conditions not to enter Liverpool City Centre.
