A BRADFORD hotel will soon undergo a major rebranding.

The city branch of Jury’s Inn on Thornton Road will become Leonardo Hotel as part of a national rebranding push.

A planning application has now been submitted for new signage on the 198 bed hotel to reflect the new corporate identity.

The Conservation Area building, opposite the Bradford Live Development, is owned by Jurys Inn and Leonardo Hotels UK & Ireland. The company recently announced that it planned “to transition Jurys Inn to Leonardo Hotels and combine its key elements with the existing Leonardo brand design and expanding reputation".

The company added: “The group plans for a seamless rebranding programme, with each hotel set to be completed around the end of this year.”
